Satisfaction with learning outcomes is due to awareness of patient involvement in the clinical encounter as well as to the experience of a better interaction with the patients.

SDM is a concept which is complex and to which ambassadors find it hard to relate. The ambassadors struggle with assessing their learning outcomes due to the lack of a basis for comparison. However, they feel that they can always improve their skills.
