Total cell number (TCN), trophectoderm cells (TE), inner cell mass (ICM), and apoptotic cells (AC) of day 8 differentially stained blastocysts. Maturation media was supplemented with diluents DMSO (0.000005% final concentration), ethanol (0.00005% final concentration), DMSO + ethanol, and no supplementation (control), and standard in vitro fertilization and culture were performed. No differences were found among the experimental groups (p > 0.8). Results are expressed as least square means ± standard errors.
