Photodynamic effects on cells in individual subsets of PBMC with ALA. The cells were incubated with ALA at a concentration of 3 mM for 4 h, followed by light exposure at a dose of 180 J/cm2. The cells then continued to be cultured for another 48 h before the measurements of cell viabilities. The data are presented as minimal, maximal, and average values.
