The log decrease is a log₂(ALAi − PDTi), where ALAi is a surface marker fluorescence intensity of an exosome in the control group with ALA alone and PDTi is a surface marker fluorescence intensity of an exosome in the PDT group with ALA plus light. The higher log decrease value, the lower level of a surface marker fluorescence intensity of an exosome.
