Loss of phospho-GRTH altered the CB structure and biochemical composition. It also diminished the transport of essential transcripts between cytoplasm and CBs, thereby altering the mRNA storage profiles and causing impaired spermatid elongation, resulting in loss of spermatozoa and subsequently infertility.
