Treated mice were injected on day 0 with a single i.v. treatment of 100 μL (injectable water) MAL-PTX₂S@Pba, BOC-PTX₂S@Pba, nPTX₂S and Pba (2.34 mg/Kg Pba and 8.16 mg/Kg PTX).
