The identity of each isolate was confirmed by the BcRLR. Other isolates tested include the following: R. solanacearum, B. caryophylli ATCC 25418, P. stutzeri ATCC 17588, P. mirabilis ATCC 29906, K. pneumoniae ATCC 13883, S. maltophilia ATCC 13637, P. fluorescens ATCC 13525, A. anitratus, and M. catarrhalis ATCC 25238. All were negative in all PCRs.
