XRD patterns of the Th3P4-type phase of Mg2GeO4 at 161, 225, and 275 GPa. The two lower pressure patterns are collected upon quench to 300 K after heating to 1,806 and 3,650 K, respectively, whereas the upper pattern was collected in situ at 2,020 K. Peaks from Th3P4-type Mg2GeO4 are indicated with Miller indices.
