The −log10 of the p value reflecting associations between genetic variants and BMI are plotted on the y axis, and the genomic locations of variants are plotted along the x axis. A subset of loci are annotated here as an exemplar. The complete list of loci that had evidence for colocalization are reported in Tables S4–S6. Gene annotations are based on the gene with the highest PPA4 in the results of the colocalization analysis.
