Effects of DHB on the cell viability and the β-hexosaminidase release of in IgE/BSA-stimulated BMCMCs. BMCMCs were incubated for 24 h with DHB (31.3 and 62.5 µg/mL) and I.M (indomethacin, a positive control). Effects of DHB on (A) the cell viability and (B) the mast cell degranulation were respectively measured using MTT and β-hexosaminidase release assay in BMCMCs.
