(A) Primary human TM cells were treated with TGFβ2 for 48 h, after which total fibronectin and A20 expression levels were measured by Western blot, representative blot shown. (B) Both fibronectin and A20 expression were quantified by densitometry relative to GAPDH. Treatment with TGFβ2 increases fibronectin expression in primary human TM cells, while at the same time decreasing the expression of A20.
