TGFβ2-induced fibronectin expression is attenuated with A20 overexpression. Primary TM cells were treated with the indicated Ad.5 virus and then with TGFβ2 for 48 h. (B) Fibronectin expression was greatly induced by the addition of TGFβ2, and A20 overexpression blocked TGFβ2-induced fibronectin expression.
