LPS-induced fibronectin expression is attenuated with A20 overexpression. Primary TM cells were treated with the indicated Ad.5 virus and then with LPS for 48 h. (B) Fibronectin expression was greatly induced by the addition of LPS, and A20 overexpression blocked LPS-induced fibronectin expression.
