Growth of L. plantarum in LP45 (△), LP90 (□), C45LP (▲), and C90LP (■) edible films over 15 days of storage. The amount of microorganism is represented as log10 CFU per g of film. C45LP and C90LP did not show significant differences between them, whereas significant differences were found between LBA45 and LBA90 from day 13 to 15. Experiments were performed in triplicate and reported results correspond to the mean value.
