Bacteriolytic activity of DAPG against S. aureus Sta24-1 at 1 × MBC (32 μg/mL), 2 × MBC (64 μg/mL) and 4 × MBC (128 μg/mL). The S. aureus Sta24-1 was exposed to DAPG with different concentrations at the early stage of exponential growth, and the negative control (CK) was exposed to methanol.
