Represents a Corona spike viral fusion protein with N and C terminals, as well as different domains and Spike assembly for hydrolytic cleavage. TMPRSS2, which aids Spike protein activation and penetration, was also demonstrated. This figure demonstrates that how TMPRSS2 cleaves spike protein so that it activates the spike protein for binding to the ACE2 receptor and mediating entry of virus in the host cell.
