Table 1.

Mutation table outlining the 45 mutations detected in the feline fecal samples. Both samples collected from the cat (VSP3509 and VSP3510) contained the same mutations. These mutations are compared to the random dataset consisting of 4250 human-derived genomes representing the geographical area of residence for the cat described here. The original Wuhan isolate (NC_045512.2) was used as a reference.
