ROC curves were established using binary logistic regression model for the discrimination between patients with laryngeal cancer and healthy individuals based on metabolites Arg, Pro, C26, Orn/Cit, and C18:1-OH. A dashed ROC curve was derived from leave-one-out (LOO) cross-validation model.
