Pooled analysis of complication rates between PTIP group and UTIP group. Both groups experienced similar rates of lower limb vein thrombosis (MD = –0.03, 95% CI [–0.1, 0.04], P = .42) and thigh bullae (MD = –0.08, 95% CI [–0.17, 0.02], P = .1). There is a significantly lower rate of thigh ecchymosis (MD = –0.19, 95% CI [–0.24, –0.13], P < .00001) in patients with personalized pressure group.
