Biosafety toxicity test results in rats (to evaluate whether the drug treatment has a toxic pathological effect on the biosafety of rats). Thirty days after surgery, the main organs (heart, liver, spleen, kidney, brain) of rats in all groups were sectioned and H&E stained.
