Northern-blot analysis of psbA and psaE transcript levels in dark-adapted (15 min) cells (15 μg Chl mL⁻¹) that were incubated for 10 min in blue (30 μE m⁻² s⁻¹), orange (30 μE m⁻² s⁻¹), or far-red (30 μE m⁻² s⁻¹) light. The rnpB RNA was always used as loading control.
