Non-pathogenic pathogens detected by mNGS. A total of 64 different non-pathogenic pathogens were detected in the mNGS group. Human herpesvirus 5, Candida albicans, Human herpesvirus 4 are the most common non-pathogenic pathogens detected by mNGS.
