Cox proportional hazards models were fitted, adjusted for age, type 2 diabetes, smoking history, and the first 10 principal components of genetic ancestry. Here forest plots are used to show the HR, 95% CI for each CHIP gene’s association with All Stroke, Ischemic Stroke and Hemorrhagic Stroke. TET2 is found to have a significant association with both overall stroke and ischemic stroke.
