A: Limited echocardiogram to evaluate for pericardial effusion. Large circumferential pericardial effusion with the diastolic collapse of the right ventricle and respiratory variation of mitral inflow consistent with cardiac tamponade.

B: Limited follow up echocardiogram following steroids therapy after pericardial window. Small pericardial effusion essentially resolved compared to prior echocardiogram.
