Chemokine receptor expression on CNS infiltrating Th cell subsets. Chemokines attract chemokine receptor expressing Th cells to infiltrate the CNS. Various Th subsets are capable of migration into the CNS to cause inflammation. This includes Th1, Th17, ThGM cells and each are associated with distinct chemokine receptor signatures.
