Cardiac performance and its thermal tolerance parameters of trained and untrained rainbow trout fed with different diets for 6 weeks. The cardiac responses were measured during an acute temperature challenge (1 °C per 6 min). The table shows data of peak heart rate (f_Hpeak) and temperature where it was achieved (T_Peak) during the thermal challenge as well as Arrhenius break point temperature (T_abt) of f_Hmax and temperature where cardiac arrhythmias appeared (T_arr) for each trout group. All values are presented as means ± SEM.
