Results of experiment 1 with IgM and IgY anti-HuSA titers of chicks originating from immune activated hens with either PBS, HuSA or LPS. The chicks were immunized 4 weeks post hatch with either HuSA or HuSA+LPS. Titers were measured at 0, 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days post immunization. (A) anti-HuSA IgM titers after HuSA immunization.
