MiR-128-3p enhances lenvatinib-induced apoptosis of HCC cells. (A) Huh7, Huh7-LR, SMMC-7721 and SMMC-LR cells were transfected for 48 h with negative control (NC), miR-128-3p mimics or antagomiR-128-3p oligonucleotides. (B) The above cells were incubated in the presence or absence of lenvatinib (0.5μM) for 24 h. Cell apoptosis (%) was measured by flow cytometry. (C and D) Huh7 cells (C) and Huh7-LR cells (D) harvested from (B) were subjected to Western blot analysis. Band density was normalized to β-actin. *P<0.05; **P<0.001.
