Reverse transcription-quantitative PCR analysis of mutant KRAS gene expression in PNA-treated AsPC-1 cells. AsPC-1 cells were treated with 2 µM or 4 µM of PNAs for 48 h. The KRAS mRNA was quantitated using forward and reverse primers specific to the KRAS gene.
