Selective inhibition of whole-cell TRPV3 currents by IAA and IAB over other thermoTRP channels transiently expressed in HEK293 cells. (A) Whole-cell current of TRPV1 in response to 1 μmol/L capsaicin, and co-application of 50 μmol/L IAA (left panel) or IAB (right panel) displaying no inhibition on TRPV1. (B) TRPV4 current evoked by 100 nmol/L GSK1016790A (GSK101) or inhibited by 130 mmol/L BaCl2, in comparison with co-application of 50 μmol/L IAA (left panel) or IAB (right panel) that had no inhibitory effect.
