In the in vitro model of tenocytes inflammation, the proliferation of tenocytes was evaluated by CCK-8 assay (C); PCR (D) and ELISA (E) assays were performed to determine the mRNA and protein levels of IL- 1β, IL-6, TNF-α and NGF. All data are expressed as means ± SD. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001. All experiments were repeated at least three biological replicates independently.
