Individual genotypes are indicated as follows: MDR1(+/+), homozygous wild-type; MDR1(+/-), heterozygous mutant or MDR1(-/-), homozygous mutant for the genotype ABCB11930_1931del TC. Dotted lines were used for cats that were not sampled/genotyped. For better clarity, only a limited number of 41 out of the overall 54 related cats were included in this figure.
