Treatment response and skin reactions regarding the local findings after radiation therapy. (A) Before the initiation of the radiation therapy. (B) At the end of radiation therapy. Grade 3 dermatitis is observed. (C) At 2 months after radiation therapy, the breast tumor has reduced in size, and the acute radiation dermatitis has improved. (D) At 6 months after radiation therapy, the site of self-destruction is epithelialized, and the primary tumor shows clinically complete response.
