Dose/MIC ratios from the NCCLS M27 fluconazole correlation data set^a

^aThe original data set presented as the support for the NCCLS M27 breakpoints (182) was reanalyzed using dose/MIC as the grouping factor. MICs were obtained by the M27-A macrodilution methodology, and the analysis was limited to patients with oropharyngeal candidasis. The analysis is also shown for isolates wherein a 24-h MIC was reported using the M27-A methodology. For each percentage cure or aggregate percentage cure, a 95% confidence interval (CI) (233) is also shown in parentheses.
