b

Respondents used a Likert scale to evaluate the importance of various factors in their likelihood to work again during future pandemics or epidemics. The mean ranking (range, 0-3) was calculated across all survey respondents for each factor. Factors were then ranked, with higher average ranking indicating that a factor was more frequently cited as a strong motivator that would determine their future work in subsequent pandemics.
