^aA549 cells were infected with A/WSN/33 at MOI 0.01. After 24 h post-infection, cells were subjected to immunofluorescence microscopy using antibody against the influenza virus NP protein. Percent infection was quantified by dividing the number of NP-positive cells by the total number of cells. Cytotoxicity was also performed using MTT assay concurrent with immunostaining.
