Performance indicators for detection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or worse (CIN2+) for reflex testing for Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A), Topoisomerase 2 alpha (TOP2A), and/or proliferation marker Ki67 (MKi67) following a) an HPV test positive on any of the five channels detecting high-risk types or b) an HPV test positive on one or more of the three channels by HIV status.
