PAO1(1000 CFU/well) incubated alone or in the presence of pNK (A) or YT cells (B) for 6 h before determining CFU. pNK or YT cells were pre-treated with 3,4-Dichloroisocoumarin (DCI) for 1 h to inhibit the serine proteases, including granzymes. Conditions were carried out in n = 4 wells (mean ± SEM) and the graph is representative of n ≥ 3 biological replicates * = P≤0.05, ** = P≤0.01, *** = P≤0.001.
