Wogonin regulates the levels of oxidative stress-related factors. The levels of (A) GSH, (B) SOD, (C) CAT, (D) MDA and (E) ROS in the hippocampus of rats in the sham operation group (sham), TBI model group (TBI) and wogonin administration group (Wog) were detected on the 1, 3 and 7 days after the operation. Data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (n=5/group; ^*P<0.05 vs. sham group; ^#P<0.05 vs. TBI group).
