Wogonin regulates the level of apoptosis-related proteins in hippocampal cells. (A) Western blotting was performed on the protein levels of caspase-3, Bax and Bcl-2 in the CA1 region of the rat hippocampus of the sham operation group (sham), TBI model group (TBI) and wogonin administration group (Wog) on 1, 3 and 7 days after surgery. The optical density of (B-D) caspase-3, (E-G) Bax and (H-J) Bcl-2 bands relative to β-actin on days 1, 3 and 7 were analyzed.
