LOD of SARS-CoV-2 detection on chip. (A) PD-LAMP diffusion coefficient measurements show a decreasing trend with higher concentration of virus (from 5 × 103 to 5 × 101 virus particles (20 μL reaction) −1). A significant difference from the NTC was seen for 5 × 101, 5 × 102 and 5 × 103 (∗∗∗∗p < 0.0001) virus particles per reaction using one-way ANOVA with Dunnett's post-hoc relative to NTC (N = 3).
