	Statement: It has not been consistently shown that primary prevention in infants with an atopic family history can be achieved by daily moisturizing of healthy skin.
	Comment: At the present time, based on the available evidence, no recommendation can be made for daily moisturizing of healthy baby skin with the aim of primary prevention of eczema and allergies – even in families with an increased allergy risk.
	Recommendation: In infants and children with visibly dry skin moisturizing creams should be used regularly. (Expert opinion)
