Phylogenetic tree based on the Rickettsia sca4 (847 bp) gene. The tree was constructed using the maximum likelihood method with the Time reversible model. The analysis was performed with bootstrap tests of 1000 replicates. DNA sequences obtained in the present study are indicated in red-highlighted-tick ID.
