Scrolling through the co-registered MP2RAGE data set led to the identification of an FCD of the right parahippocampal gyrus (A, B). Axial (A) and coronal FLAIR images showed a corresponding subtle blurring of the subcortical white matter (C, D). Intracranial stereo-EEG proved the lesion to be epileptogenic.
