(B) Chest CT showing bilateral diffuse ground-glass opacity, pleural effusion, and pericardial effusion. (C) Chest X-ray on day 9 after admission. Abnormal findings on chest X-ray disappeared after a week, and chest X-ray and CT findings have continued to be stable for two years since the discharge.
