Intragroup comparison of fALFF in patients with MWoA after 4-week treatment. Compared with pretreatment MWoA patients, migraineurs receiving 4-week taVNS treatment showed decreased fALFF in the left thalamus, bilateral PreCG, right PoCG, bilateral SMA, left IPG, bilateral precuneus, and left SFG/mPFC, but no significantly increased brain regions.
