Intracellular localization of DXNO-GR in MDA-MB-231 cells after 2 h of incubation. Confocal microscopy images show the absence of co-localization between DXNO-GR (red fluorescence) and the nucleus (stained with Hoechst-33342). DXNO-GR fluorescence clearly co-localized with endoplasmic reticulum (ER-Tracker Green probe) and Golgi apparatus (BODIPY FL C5-ceramide probe).
