Cytokine responses in ABAH-treated mice. C3HeB/FeJ mice were aerosol-infected with 100–150 CFUs H37Rv, and cytokines were measured using a multiplex immunoassay in lung lysates at 35 dpi. Concentrations of all analyzed cytokines tended to be lower in ABAH-treated mice (A–I), except for IL-22 (J), but only TNF-a, CCL3, and IL-1β showed significant reductions.
