The EGFR influences the PRGF-mediated gene expression of PDGFB, IL-32 and CXCL10 in human keratinocytes. Human primary keratinocytes were stimulated for 24 h with PRGF (1:10) in the presence or absence of the EGFR blocking antibody cetuximab (20 µg/mL). Relative gene expression was analyzed by real-time PCR.
