Dietary risk was measured using the STC questionnaire, with higher scores indicating higher dietary risk. Restrained, uncontrolled, and emotional eating was measured using the TFEQ-R18, in which a higher score indicates more frequent engagement in these eating behaviors. Sleep quality was measured by PSQI scores. A higher PSQI score reflects poorer sleep quality.
